Hotel Registration:
To make room reservations, call the hotel at 800-282-1116 and reference The Remington Report Conference.
 

Space is limited! Reservations made after our room block is filled cannot be guaranteed at the discounted rate. Sleeping room reservations and cancellations are subject to the Hotel’s policies. Please make reservations early to guarantee your stay.

A Special Group Rate Per Night: $249.00 for standard rooms.

Please note that the room rate does not include occupancy or state tax. Check in at the Hotel is 4:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am. Attendees may be able to check-in early based upon room availability.

Ground Transportation:
The Hotel is about 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport and 25 minutes from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport. Shuttle buses are available or taxis are readily available.

Attire:
Business casual attire is recommended.

Weather:
About 70-75 degrees. Please confirm prior to attending.

For 24-Hour Fitness Center, Spa Ocean & High Speed Internet Access. Complementary 24-hour fitness center access, free guestroom wireless internet access, and 10% off Spa Treatments. All prices and rules in accordance with Hotel. Prices subject to change at Hotel.

Payments:
Registrations will not be accepted unless accompanied by full payment. Registrations will not be accepted after the close of the conference registration date. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.

Conference Registration: CLOSED
The pre-conference on March 11, 2012 cannot be attended without registering for the entire conference. You can attended the March 12-13, 2012 summit without attending the pre-conference. Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express at our website: www.remingtonreport.com. Bank checks must be in U.S. dollars payable to The Remington Report, Inc. No registration after February 16, 2012. No walk-ins. All attendees must wear their badges while attending the conference.

Special Accommodations:
If you need any of the auxiliary aids and services identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act, please advise the hotel and attach to conference registration form. If special meals are requested, and are not offered by the Hotel, the cost of meals will be the responsibility of the attendee.

Conference Cancellation/Transfer Policy:
All conference cancellations must be submitted in writing and faxed to: The Remington Report at 949-715-1797.

For conference cancellations received before January 13, 2012, the registration fee will be returned, less a processing fee of $150.00 per attendee. After January 13, 2012, no refunds will be made, however registration is transferable to another person from the same agency up until three weeks prior to the conference. After this date, the registration fee is forfeited. Cancellation requests not received by the date required will not be eligible for a refund. No shows will not be refunded or able to transfer to future conferences. Attendees may not pay for one attendee to attend the conference and bring two people to have one person attend one day and one person attend the next day. There are no substitutions. No refunds due to weather conditions.

The Remington Report assumes no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations or additional non-conference related expenses incurred by registrants. Space is limited. One conference handout book is provided to each paid attendee. We do not provide replacements. Handouts may not be duplicated or reproduced. No portion of the conference may be recorded.

The Remington Report reserves the right to substitute presenters and re-schedule programs due to unforeseen events. The Remington Report reserves the right to qualify conference participants.
