4 Investments to Expand the Rural Community Workforce

On August 8, the Health Resources and Services Organizations (HRS) announced nearly $60 million of investments to grow the health care workforce and increase access to quality health care in rural communities.

The funding includes $46 million from the American Rescue Plan. The investments will be dispersed by four programs within HRSA and support the following initiatives:
